Reminder

I am popping into your mailbox because I wanted to remind you that you are infinitely worthy.

Worthy of love,

worthy of joy,

worthy of adventure,

worthy of compassion,

worthy of kindness,

worthy of everything you ever wanted to.

We all forget about it sometimes but today I remembered, and I wanted to remind you about it.

You don’t have to do anything to deserve love.

It is your birthright.

Also, you don’t have to go anywhere to get it.

It’s there right there right next to you.

All you need to do is let it in.

Give yourself kindness, give yourself compassion. Give yourself love.

You are the one who have been looking for.

I just updated the guide to self-love, you can download it here.

It’s free.

Sent with love,

Nataliya

You may have heard me talk about Life Purpose before, with all the variations and conclusions I’ve explored and shared. Well, here’s the latest one: You are already living your life’s purpose. Yes—YOU ARE ALREADY LIVING YOUR PURPOSE.I know… wild, right? We came here to experience life on this planet: the contrast, the separation, the polarities. And so, whatever your life looks like...

This year on my birthday I decided to do an experiment - I committed to doing 108 bows every day for a year.I am not religious and I haven't suddenly become religious. I believe in a lot of things but I don't believe in religion. Anyways, why the heck then I made such a commitment? It was inspired by Billy from July Life Coach. He's been talking about it for a while and, more importantly, he's been practicing it for a while too. He is committed to Buddhist teachings and he's set to help...
